The DAF has selected Centinel Public Partnerships, LLC and IHG Hotels and Resorts to execute a 50-year lease. Centinel brings industry leading real estate development experience and IHG is one of the world’s leading hotel companies with a diverse global hotel portfolio. The DAF anticipates lease finalization and operational transfer to Centinel Public Partnerships and IHG Hotels and Resorts by fall 2027.
