JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-CAMP BULLIS, Texas –
U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army pharmacy students participated in a field training exercise at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Texas, March 4, 2026.
The exercise allowed students to practice Tactical Combat Casualty Care in preparation for potential hostile environments.
During the exercise, the students conducted patrols where they would encounter and react to scenarios requiring care under fire, administered care under fire to a medical manikin during a simulated ambush while on patrol, and used a stretcher to evacuate the patient after utilizing Tactical Combat Casualty Care to treat the medical manikin’s most urgent wounds.
