Tech. Sgt. Wesley J. Cunningham filled an E-8 first sergeant role, addressing sensitive issues, including two military civilian employee deaths and two domestic violence cases. He led a multi-agency effort with eight agencies to provide timely intervention and support for affected members and families. Cunningham led an NCO panel at Iowa State University, mobilizing 12 volunteers to mentor future officers. His efforts contributed to the readiness of 43 officer candidates, equipping them with essential skills for the civilian-to-military transition. As the JBSA Airman's Council mentor, he revitalized an inactive organization by guiding nine Airmen in the revision of 232 by-laws, establishing a robust development platform for 1,400 junior Airmen across three installations.

Job Title: Cyberspace Threat Analyst
Tech. Sgt. Troy A. Cyburt was hand-selected to act as first sergeant and drove decisive multi-agency engagement after an abrupt legal decision that expedited member separation time to three days, protected unit integrity, and earned a commander's coin for operational leadership. He directed an eight-member volunteer team that secured three venues, planned five team-building activities, and arranged catering, driving a multi-day squadron morale event for 110 Airmen at zero cost that set the standard for future cohesion efforts. Cyburt developed seven peers’ award writing through targeted feedback that elevated unit competitiveness while guiding a post-inpatient Airman’s recovery plan which restored full operational readiness and fostered team unity through mentorship.

Job Title: Military Training Instructor
Tech. Sgt. Jonathan W. Steele filled in as first sergeant for 45 days total advising the squadron commander on all mission readiness, health, morale, welfare and discipline issues of 84 military training instructors, four company grade officers and three civilians as they developed approximately 1,100 recruits. He counseled 21 trainees in crisis and advised 15 financial and 13 administrative actions to support a 97 percent on-time graduation rate. While navigating complex personnel actions, Steele advised on two alleged sexual harassment complaints, coordinating with three agencies & ensured care to civilians transitioning to Airmen. Additionally, he coordinated documentation of statements from two flights with 100 trainees and two military training instructors, mitigating a potential congressional complaint.

Job Title: Cyber Intelligence Analyst
Staff Sgt. Parker E. Collins directed 140 Resilience Training Assistants/Master Resilience Trainers across Joint Base San Antonio to expand resilience training opportunities, and he led training and broad integration processes that expanded manning to the First Term Enlisted Course and Airman Leadership School courses, as well as producing 52 new training assistants. He led four sensing sessions, gathering feedback from 60 members to drive immediate action on cohesion imperatives, sparking tangible improvements for three programs that enhanced trust and communication across his flight. Parker responded to a senior airman’s final-out request, liaising with the 502d Force Support Squadron and 93rd Intelligence Squadron leadership to secure four missing essential signatures that ensured the member's on-time separation, providing critical support during a high-pressure transition.

Job Title: Supervisor, Data Developer
Staff Sgt. Robert J. Jenners protected life by aiding a pregnant neighbor victim to a domestic abuser, securing the scene and the member's personal belongings, ensuring safe transportation to law enforcement, and he donated to her $1,000 in crucial necessities. He headed 31 volunteers for the 688th Wing change of command, attended by five general officers and 412 guests. Jenners led a unit promotion ceremony, one morale event and two JBSA-Lackland resiliency events and was coined by the squadron commander for his efforts. He provided relief efforts for the Kerrville flooding disaster, leading a six-person logistics team across two days in the unloading of 11 pallets of food and water, and the preparation of approximately 1,400 meals that helped fuel search and rescue operations.

Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Instructor
As a guest speaker for two professional development lunch and learns, Staff Sgt. Annie M. McIntosh showcased deployed radiology experiences & career broadening insights, preparing 25 question-and-answer topics and inspired 55 Airmen across three Air Force Specialty Codes for real-world operations. Augmenting eight Military Training Leaders, she drove 100 fitness assessments and Drug Demand Reduction Observer duties for 45 students, fueling overall completion of 800 physical training tests and mitigating 120 hours of missed technical training time. Selected as one of four Military Chapter Delegates for the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and sole Air Force representative, McIntosh teamed with 54 affiliates to enhance medical imaging and drive state/federal legislations, advocating for approximately 1,900 active duty members.

Job Title: MTI School Instructor
Staff Sgt. DeJon M. Ross teamed with Air Force Personnel Center Physical Training Leaders to host two directorate-level PT sessions for 64 staff, facilitated a CPR course for 23 members and refining the PTL process for four Airmen. He was lauded by the commander for driving readiness and a resilient culture. As the group Community College of the Air Force liaison, he managed four NCOs to validate approximately 4,500 instructor hours and 26 qualifying evaluations, passed a three-year compliance inspection to secure the 737 Training Group's accreditation, awarded two instructor certifications, and led two to their CCAF degrees. Ross facilitated three sexual assault/suicide prevention sessions, trained 74 U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Fore personnel to include the 737 Training Group commander and senior enlisted advisor on proper health, morale, and welfare of Department of War personnel, fulfilling their annual requirement.

Senior Airman Tyesha M. Collins bridged a gap between patients and Airman and Guardian Medical Transition Unit leadership by resolving lodging and transportation obstacles. She directly fostered a supportive healing environment, critical for nine Airmen undergoing intensive long-term treatment. She drives 24/7 unwavering support with swift action, covering 448 on-call hours, and responding to six critical calls. By efficiently guiding resources, she elevated the quality of care and accelerated recovery for 69 mental health patients. Collins increased the speed of return to duty for 14 medical TDY patients and by expertly managing 42 rehabilitation & mental health appointments, she provided personalized support and ensured seamless return to the warfighting mission.

Senior Airman Savannah M. Osborn led the inaugural combat dining-in event in her squadron's history, collaborating with a sister unit and managing all logistics. Her leadership and dedication fostered camaraderie, engaging 90 attendees at a historic occasion. She exemplified dedication to Airmen well-being by leading her unit’s SAPR and suicide prevention training. She fostered a culture of trust and resilience through powerful topics that increased resource awareness of 17 members. Osborn demonstrated exceptional commitment as a volunteer designated driver, traveling 50 miles to ensure the safe return of two Airmen, promoting responsibility & reinforcing the squadron’s culture of care and accountability.

Job Title: Biomedical Equipment Technician
Airman 1st Class Matthew E. Thomas revived the squadron’s color guard by coordinating with the base honor guard to train three Airmen on colors routines, planned four retirement flag-folding ceremonies and the squadron commander’s promotion color guard, earning him a coin from the 316th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron commander. As an assistant Scoutmaster, Thomas oversaw 41 rank promotions, organized 15 events and service projects, as well as secured $5,000 for his local troop. While teaching leadership and life skills to 27 scouts, he drove community outreach garnering 4 letters of achievement. He organized a squadron volunteer event, leading 10 Airmen in the sorting and packaging of approximately 6,100 pounds of food, distributed to 29 counties, providing meals for more than 100,000 families and 20,000 veterans weekly, fueling the second largest food bank initiative in the country.
