JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas –
The Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center Emergency Department will be temporarily closed on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, from 3 a.m. to 7 p.m. for critical facility repairs requiring a full water outage.
During this time, emergency medical response remains fully operational. EMS will continue responding to all 911 calls and will transport patients to nearby emergency departments throughout the temporary closure.
