JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas –

After a year of extensive renovations, the Gateway Chapel at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland has reopened its doors.

For many, this chapel holds a special place in their hearts, as it's where countless trainees have found solace and strength during Basic Military Training.

The Gateway Chapel hosts a variety of religious services throughout the day.
