JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas –

A service member was found dead on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston Sept. 25.

The service member’s name is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.

The incident is under investigation.
