Female Defender Initiative opens dialogue with both female and male Airmen

Technical training school students assigned to the 343rd Security Forces Squadron were recently visited by U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Kimberly Guest, Female Defender Initiative mentorship program subject matter expert, during a briefing at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Aug. 24, 2023.

The Female Defender Initiative aims to identify policy barriers affecting women in security forces careers, promote information sharing across command teams to improve culture and advocate for programs that will positively impact all security forces Airmen.
