Army South commanding general meets with Paraguayan Army commander to strengthen ties

ASUNCION, Paraguay   –  

Maj. Gen. William L. Thigpen, U.S. Army South commanding general, met with the commander of the Paraguayan Army, Gen. Ej Cesar Augusto Moreno Landaira, in Asunción, Paraguay Feb. 3 to strengthen relationships.
