JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, Texas –
Joint Base San Antonio operations and services will resume normal operations for all services Feb. 2, 2023.
JBSA leadership will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates, as necessary. While most area roads will be safe, certain areas may still see hazardous conditions, in particular areas north of Loop 1604, including JBSA-Camp Bullis.
Local area schools have decided to make their status assessment tomorrow morning. Their options include remaining closed, delaying opening, or resuming normal operations. Please coordinate closely with your supervisor and/or command teams to mitigate any impacts that may happen as a result of the school status decision.
Driving conditions to the north, or a school delay/closure, may force certain personnel to remain home or delay their report. Some installation services may therefore be degraded. In this case, please be patient as organizations across JBSA will be working through the same challenges.
