UPDATE ON SERVICES
Due to potentially hazardous roadways, degrading weather conditions, and school closure announcements JBSA is limiting installation service operations Jan. 31, 2023.
Limited service operations for Jan. 31, 2023, are as follows:
* JBSA 24-hour gates will remain open.
* All other gates will remain closed.
* All CDCs are closed across JBSA.
* 802 FSS closures include MPFs to include ID card/DEERS, Civilian Personnel, NAF/HR, Student Mail, Official Mail, Manpower, Education Centers, Libraries, M&FRCs, Installation Personnel Readiness, Mortuary Affairs, Honor Guard office.
* DFACs remain open along with Lodging front desks, with base personnel on stand by in the event of a CAC emergency

Community Center - Closed
Student Activity Center/Kilmer Hall Snack Bar- Closed

Leisure Travel - Closed
* All DECA/commissaries facilities are closed.
* Exchange information:
JBSA-Lackland: only the Express and North Loop will be open, to close by 5 p.m.
JBSA-Randolph: only the home and garden is open, to close by 5 p.m.
JBSA-Fort Sam Houston: Walters Express is open but all other Exchanges closed.
