Thanksgiving is here and some facilities around Joint Base San Antonio will have modified hours.
On Thanksgiving day, Nov. 24, all Army and Air Force Exchange Service facilities are closed. The only exceptions are the AAFES Shoppettes at JBSA-Lackland, open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and at JBSA-Randolph, open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For “Black Friday,” Nov. 25, Exchange facilities operate on normal business hours, with these exceptions, which will all be closed: Optical Center, Optometry Clinic, BAMC retail, BAMC Burger King, Einstein’s Bagels, JBSA-Camp Bullis Burger King, JBSA-Camp Bullis Retail, Military Clothing Stores, MEDCoE Retail, MEDCoE Food Court and IMCOM Food Court.
Hours for all 502nd Force Support Squadron facilities are attached to this article. Twenty-four-hour access will be available to the fitness centers for those who have signed up.
