JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas –
Brig. Gen. Lori Jones, a former Gladiator and commander of the 960th Cyberspace Wing, who is now the Mobilization Assistant to the Director, Cyberspace Operations and Warfighter Communications in Washington D.C., was promoted to brigadier general Oct. 16, 2022, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
Jones started her career in the Air Force Reserve at the 433rd Airlift Wing in January 2002, and has since mobilized twice in support of operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
Jones took command of the 960th CW when it was activated on Nov. 18, 2018, and became the first commander of the only cyberspace wing in the Air Force Reserve.
