The Commander regrets to announce the death of Army Spc. Tanayshia Surigao, assigned to the Soldier Recovery Unit, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, who passed away June 9, 2021.
To settle the estate of the deceased, 1st Lt. Leighton Chambers, assigned to Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, has been appointed as Summary Courts Officer.
