JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, Texas –

Due to the severe weather and adverse road conditions, Joint Base San Antonio will remain closed to non-emergency personnel Feb. 18, 2021. Personnel on JBSA are providing services and support to on-base residents during this time. Emergency Mission Essential Personnel should receive official reporting instructions from their leadership.
Emergency Mission Essential, Commissary & Exchange Mission Critical & Mission Essential personnel are authorized to report and should receive official reporting instructions from their leadership. Commissaries and Exchanges are open in an effort to provide residents basic necessities.
Commissary hours 11-5 P.M.
Exchange & Expresses hours 12-5 P.M.
At this time, only the 24/7 gates are open, and the JBSA-Lackland Growden Gate/Commercial is open from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
