SAN ANTONIO, Texas –
Reserve Citizen Airmen and family members from the Alamo Wing attended the San Antonio Missions baseball team’s 433rd Airlift Wing Night game July 13 at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium.
Prior to the game, Col. Terry W. McClain, 433rd Airlift Wing commander, threw the first pitch, the wing’s Honor Guard performed a flag ceremony, and Staff Sgt. Joshua Ramos sang the “The Star Spangled Banner.”
The annual event is an opportunity for the Missions and fans to recognize the service of the Alamo Wing, while fostering a strong relationship between the wing and the local community.
