Air Force seeks community input to improve services

By 502nd Air Base Wing Pubic Affairs 502nd Air Base Wing Pubic Affairs

Air Force officials are asking for help from the community to identify gaps and strengths in services at their local installations through the Community Feedback Tool.

The survey, which is confidential, voluntary and takes about 20 minutes to complete, opened Aug. 2 and is intended for all Airmen, Airmen’s spouses, and Air Force civilian employees.

Community members will have the opportunity to rate available resources, as well as pinpoint barriers and bridges to accessing those resources.  Results from the survey will help provide leaders with critical information about their community’s most important needs and problems.

Direct invitations are being sent out by email to all Airmen and civilian employees, as well as by postcard to all Airmen’s spouses.  Each will have a link to survey and a unique survey PIN valid until Oct. 9.  Users may take the online survey on either military or non-military devices (no CAC needed).

Instructions on how to complete the survey:

-- From direct invitation:  Use survey link on invitation to go to the online survey and enter unique PIN from invitation to begin survey.

-- From survey marketing materials: Go to RAND survey info website and click on “Take the Survey” to go to the online survey and enter unique PIN from invitation to begin survey.

-- If users need access to their PIN (lost, etc.), contact the support team at usaf.jbsa.afmoa.mbx.af-community-feedback-tool@mail.mil or 210-395-9077 or DSN 969-9077.
