CHLORINE SPILL AT JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH

Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph Fire Department personnel immediately responded to a 40-pound chlorine spill that occurred at the water plant near the JBSA-Randolph west gate Tuesday.  First Responders initiated a 300-foot cordon that extended across FM 78, closing it temporarily.
