MICC leaders outline campaign plan

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Clay Cole, left, deputy to the commanding general of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, addresses the workforce virtually and in-person during the MICC Fiscal Year 2026 third quarter town hall July 13, 2026, at MICC headquarters on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas as Brig. The command team discussed the newly unveiled 2026-2027 Campaign Plan, organizational transformation and workforce initiatives while engaging more than 745 virtual attendees from across the contracting command.
