FALLS CHURCH, Virginia - Wounded men from the USS Nevada are transferred to an amphibious craft for further transfer to a Navy hospital ship. Medevac capabilities have evolved from using a wagon or cart to technologically advanced mobile treatment units that get the warfighter treated and transported to safety quickly.
