UNITED STATES - Lt. Gen. Mary Izaguirre, U.S. Army surgeon general, emphasizes how Army Medicine strengthens the hand of the commanding general and reinforced its commitment to “inspire trust in those who would go into harm’s way in defense of our nation, and to keep faith with their families.” She joined the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy surgeons general to speak on military medical readiness priorities at the annual meeting of The Society of Federal Health Professionals March 5.
