JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas - U.S. Air Force Airmen receive Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) training on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, March 6, 2026. The CBT training was designed to equip service members with skills to identify and challenge maladaptive thought patterns.
