JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-CAMP BULLIS, Texas - Students from the Rogers Airman Leadership School based out of Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, practice how to properly perform a 4-man litter carry during the newly developed Airman Leadership School – Field Training Exercise, hosted at the Medical Readiness Training Center on JBSA-Camp Bullis, Texas, Feb. 5, 2026. During the ALS-FTX, the students had to respond to a simulated attack, coordinate with command and control, deliver 9-line medical evacuation communications and transfer a simulated patient to an evacuation site to finish the training.
