LA Tech University, Ruston, La - Maj. Gen. Charles Bolton, Eighteenth Air Force commander, provides special recognition to Cadet David Foster, Detachment 305 cadet wing commander, during a mentorship engagement at Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, Louisiana, on Sept. 8, 2025.
