JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Brig. Gen. Freddy Adams, commander of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command is presented a one-star general officer flag by Command Sgt. Maj. JennyAnne Bright, the MICC command sergeant major, during a ceremony frocking him to the new rank April 17 in a ceremony held in the Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston Theater.
