FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. - Airmen from Fairchild AFB prepare to shoot M4 Carbine rifles during the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance course at the Spokane Regional Indoor Small Arms Range in Spokane, Washington. It was the first CATM course held at the then newly constructed facility, the first-of-its-kind shared between Fairchild AFB and local law enforcement. The Air Force Community Partnership Program at AFIMSC helped broker the mutually beneficial agreement between the base and local government that brought the joint-use firing range to Spokane.
