SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Capt. Brendan Biscan (left), 560th Flying Training Squadron T-38C Upgrade PIT Instructor, and Lt. Col. Michael Trott, 560th FTS director of operations, present a 560th FTS Chargin' Cheetahs patch to a patient from Christus Children’s Hospital of San Antonio during a Pilot for a Day roadshow visit on Aug. 28, 2024. The Pilot for a Day roadshow program is a community outreach initiative conducted by the 560th Flying Training Squadron and 39th FTS that offers children with serious illnesses a day of excitement and distraction from their medical challenges by giving them an opportunity to interact with service members and engage in activities that simulate the experience of being a pilot.
