JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Andrew Ramirez, 502nd Civil Engineer Squadron welder, clamps a square metal tube to diamond plating prior to welding a platform for the truck docking system at Slagel Dining Facility, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas Aug 9, 2024. The Slagel Dining Facility is the largest in the Department of Defense, and serves as the primary dining hub at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston by providing 12,000 meals a day to service members undergoing technical training at the Medical Education and Training Campus.
