FORT LIBERTY, North Carolina - Sgt. 1st Class James Wilcox, a test officer with the U.S. Army Medical Test Evaluation Activity (USAMTEAC), briefs infantry Soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division on their role during a situational training exercise at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, on March 11, 2024. USAMTEAC conducted a holistic assessment of the employment and use of the M249 LMG in other medical formations.
