FORT CAVAZOS, Texas - A test officer, test players and instructor operators conduct an after-action review during a medical operational field test at the at the Fort Cavazos Medical Simulation Training Center. The U.S. Army Medical Evaluation Training Activity conducted tests of high-fidelity female simulators on behalf of the Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation. The realism of the MSTC at Fort Cavazos proved to be an ideal location. Currently the Army does not have high fidelity female simulators for combat casualty care training. That may soon change pending the results of this operational test.
