240404-A-WK488-010.JPG Photo By: US ARMY

FORT CAVAZOS, Texas - A close-up photo of the tablet app used to control and monitor high fidelity female simulators. The U.S. Army Medical Evaluation Training Activity conducted an operational field test on behalf of the Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation. Currently the Army does not have high fidelity female simulators for combat casualty care training. That may soon change pending the results of this operational test. The medical simulators are wirelessly controlled the tablets, allowing operators to conduct various medical training scenarios.
