FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - A Mobile Command Center nicknamed, “Big Blue” sits on the flatbed semi that transported it from Texas to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Patuxent River, Maryland. “Big Blue” was turned into DLA as excess by the Army but was quickly picked up by the Navy saving $1.3 million.
