240425-F-EU155-6966.JPG Photo By: Jet Fabara

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas - Kyle Goldstein (left), former 340th Flying Training Group commander, goes over a mission brief with Steve Ison, 340th FTG honorary commander, before Ison's T-38C familiarization flight on Apr. 25, 2024, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. Ison is the founder and CEO of Rebecca Creek Distillery, who is part of the 340th FTG honorary commander program, which aims to bridge the gap between business and civic leaders, who lack military backgrounds, so they can learn about the critical air education and training mission carried out by the 340th FTG.
