JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas - U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. The project is a milestone in the nation’s defense infrastructure that has the potential to elevate energy resilience and bolster national security by JBSA becoming the first Department of the Air Force installation to introduce a utility-scale advanced geothermal energy system.
