MEDCoE hosts summit forging future of combat medics

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Maj. Gen. Michael Talley, U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence commander, addresses the participants at the beginning of the MEDCoE 68W Combat Medic Summit held at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston Sept. 26-28. During the three-day summit, subject matter experts from throughout the U.S. Army came together to review the current state of the 68W career field and make recommendations to meet the requirements for future large-scale combat operations and multi-domain operations.
