Maj. Gen. Mike Talley takes command of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Maj. Gen. Dennis LeMaster, the outgoing commander of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, hands the unit colors to Lt. Gen. Theodore Martin, commanding general U.S. Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, as he relinquishes command at a ceremony held at MacArthur Field at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston June 23. The passing of the colors during the ceremony signifies the change of leadership to Maj. Gen. Mike Talley, the incoming commander. Looking on is Command Sgt. Maj. Clark Charpentier, MEDCoE command sergeant major and senior enlisted leader.
