U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence welcomes new commander
JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Maj. Gen. Mike Talley, the incoming commander of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, salutes the Soldiers of 232nd Medical Battalion during a pass and review at the conclusion of the change of command ceremony held at MacArthur Field at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston June 23. Talley replaced Maj. Gen. Dennis LeMaster at the helm of MEDCoE.
