JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Army Spc. Trevor Osburn, pharmacy technician, fills prescriptions at the Community Pharmacy in the Exchange at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston Feb. 1. The Community Pharmacy fills an average of 330 new prescriptions and 1,440 refills daily.
