JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas - U.S. Army trainees are enrolled in the Virtual Training Team offered through a partnership between the Defense Language Institute English Learning Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland and Fort Sill, Oklahoma. They are members of the U.S. Army English as a Second Language Program that helps initial entry trainees from various parts of the world learn the language that will take them to the next level.
