JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Twin brothers Kalvin (left) and Kelvin Rodriguez Rivera of San Antonio entered the Navy’s Delayed Entry Program and are making preparations to attend recruit training to become naval aircrewmen.
