SAN ANTONIO - Representatives from 17 Western Hemisphere nations gathered for the Preliminary Planning conference the week of May 21 in preparation for the annual Conference of the Chiefs of the American Air Forces to discuss strategies on how partner nations can assist each other in the event of a humanitarian crisis.
