JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO LACKLAND, Texas - 502nd Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal technicians from Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland demonstrate their equipment and methods of bomb detection and disposal during San Antonio’s Fiesta Air Force Day at the Alamo April 23, 2018, San Antonio, Texas. What began as a one-time parade in 1891, to honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto, has grown into a celebration of San Antonio's rich and diverse cultures. Military representatives throughout San Antonio participate in receptions, parades, pilgrimages and memorials.
