AUSTIN, Texas - Petty Officer 1st Class Nichols Steelman, a warrior challenge scout assigned to Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, attends an operational stress control class conducted by the Navy’s 21st Century Sailor office during a district training meeting held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Austin Dec. 19. More than 250 recruiters, support personnel and their spouses attended the training where facilitators of the 21st Century Sailor office provided attendees with support networks, programs, resources, training, and skills needed to overcome adversity and thrive.
