Thirty-two Reserve Officer Training Course cadets from various U.S. colleges attended the Cultural Understanding and Language Proficiency program in Santiago, Chile, from May 14 to June 2. The military-to-military exchange paired the U.S. cadets with Chilean cadets where they shared learning and cultural exchanges.
