Visitors to the U.S. Army Medical Department Museum at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston view a trench line display May 1. The display was included in a temporary exhibit, “Scientific War: Human Price,” that marks the 100th anniversary of the U.S. entry into World War I and focuses on the role of the U.S. Army Medical Department during the war. The exhibit will run until November 2018, marking the anniversary of the end of World War I.
