Gregorio Torres, a Vietnam veteran, poses with a photograph of his brother, Cpl. Luis Patlan Torres, who went missing in action during his tour in Korea in 1950. After 1950, Torres was determined to be a prisoner of war, and in 1954 was declared dead by the Department of Defense. His remains were unidentified until the DOD identified him through bone records. He was buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Jan. 13.
