San Antonio-Lackland. Winton was crowned as King Antonio XCIV by the Fiesta San Antonio Commission, which preserves and promotes the culture, history, heritage and traditions of San Antonio during Fiesta. Fiesta San Antonio is a celebration of military history surrounding the siege and final assault on the Alamo in San Antonio and the Battle of San Jacinto, Texas, both occurring in 1836.
