Each year an event to honor those prisoners of war and those still missing in action is held at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph.  The event was hosted by Brig. Gen. Bob LaBrutta, 502nd Air Base Wing and Joint Base San Antonio commander.  LaBrutta spoke about the importance of remembering those who have not yet returned home from America’s armed conflicts and laid the wreath at the Missing Man Monument before retreat.
