According the press release, the weeklong camp teaches students how to turn their academic learning into job success by allowing the students hand-on, practical experience in the workplace. The camp emphasizes concepts such as teamwork, hospitality, safety in the workplace, problem solving, business profitability, cleanliness, sanitation and food safety measures.
