Hangar 71, formerly the base gym at Randolph Air Force Base, TX, underwent a recent renovation, and was officially renamed the Del Toro Deployment Readiness Center after it's namesake, Tech. Sgt. Israel Del Toro, a Tactical Air Control Party Airman who was severely injured in an improvised explosive device explosion in Afghanistan. The center will now process Airmen preparing to deploy.
