Kettlebell swing
Grab a kettlebell with an overhand grip and hold it at arm?s length. Bend hips and knees, then lower torso until it forms a 45-degree angle to the floor. Swing the kettlebell between legs, keeping arms straight, while thrusting hips forward. Straighten knees and swing the kettlebell up to chest level while rising to standing position.
